Weight Loss
Are you at your wit's end trying to figure out
why you can’t lose weight,
even with extreme dieting and exercise?
Do you have concerns like
difficulty getting out of bed in the mornings,
intense sugar cravings,
forgetfulness or mental fog,
low energy to no energy,
and maybe even loss of sex drive?

If this sounds like you...
Unfortunately, more dieting and exercise alone are not
going to help you keep off the weight.
It is important to look at all the variable factors in your
life and find out what is really going on.
Your weight may merely be a symptom of stress,
hormonal imbalances, and lifestyle.
Where do we start:
If you are ready to make a change and learn how to take control of your weight, we would LOVE to schedule a one-hour consultation with you.
How we can help:
After the consultation Dr. Bruner will decide what type of lab work testing is right for you to find out what your underlying metabolic concerns may be. Based on the intake forms, food diary, lab work, and in-depth consultation Dr. Bruner will recommend a customized food approach to meet your specific health goals (reduced inflammation, food sensitivities, insulin resistance, etc.), sleep and exercise schedule, as well any recommended supplements to support metabolic dysfunction or nutritional deficiencies.
How are we different:
We don't take a cookie cutter approach to losing weight because no two people have identical needs and lifestyles. That is why it is important to work with a healthcare provider that is monitoring your metabolic, physical, and emotional needs.
